MY Testimony
Back Print Page Email Page

I have been in the cage with one of Satan’s toughest warriors for several years.  His name is Alcohol !

Although I managed to knock him out a few times in the past, he ultimately won the battle for my freedom.  The following is a brief outline of my Victory through the Anointed One... Jesus Christ.

It was on this day, I became an Anointed Fighter for Christ.  Led by the Holy Spirit, I founded the Trinity-Fighting-System known as Christ-jit-su.

Praise God for his Mercy on a sinner such as me.  Praise God for opening my mind and saving my soul.

I have never been one to sit back and take a beating in life.  I have been knocked down many times but through the grace of God,(although I did not give him credit at the time), been able to get up and keep fighting.

Now, I know why all of the events in my life unfolded the way they did.  God was training me to take my fighter attitude and redirect the focus on “The-Good-Fight-Of-The-Faith.”

I pray all of you fighters out there who are facing a difficult challenge inside the Cage-of-Life, join me in preparing for the

Eternity Fighting Championship

“Judgment Day”.

My Victory inside the Cage-Of- Life came on

March 9, 2007

After escaping the Arm-Bar of Alcohol the first three-rounds, I was choked out during the first few minutes of Round 4 (4th DWI).

Much like my previous Fights with this tough warrior inside the CAGE-OF-LIFE, I thought the Fight was going my way.

My DIS-HONEST Leg kicks seemed to be taking there toll on him and my ELBOWS-OF-SELFISHNESS had opened up some pretty nasty cuts.

It was all going my way.  How could I loose

this Fight?

Well, after rewinding the tape in my mind, I saw my mistake.

My over-confidence had allowed Alcohol to pass my guard and in a split second, he had my back.  The next thing I knew, my air was being cut off and my arms were powerless in breaking the choke.

Because of my PRIDE and Unwillingness to submit, I woke up face down inside an Arkansas State Prison.

Words can’t describe the feelings of utter despair and helplessness.  How could this happen to me?  I thought I was winning the Fight!  Nobody has ever made me submit!

Then to make matters worse, I noticed 3-other faces inside the Cage with me.  They also suffered the defeat, except their defeat was not because of their actions-but Dads’ unwillingness to submit.

The beautiful faces belonged to my wife, Vicki, son Dalton , and daughter Brook.

As a fighter, I have been conditioned to deal with a defeat.  However, nothing prepared me for the loss of my freedom and the devastation brought to my wife and kids

After the shock calmed down of my circumstances, I begin to search my heart for answers.

From the depths of my soul, a quiet voice kept saying “but if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.  When you are in distress and all these things have happened to you, then in later days you will return to the Lord your God and obey him.  For the Lord your God is a merciful God ;”( Deuteronomy 4:29, 31)

My wife had been telling me for the last 10-years that I needed to get a new trainer in my corner.  She would always remind me that Christ was waiting on my call.  My pride kept me from listening to her.  All that was going through my mind was “my power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.”(Det. 8:17)

Little did I know, my selfish way of thinking was destine to destroy me and take my families freedom away?  If I would have listen to her when she said, “Remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today.” (Det.9:18) I would have been able to save my family from all the Pain.

So on the Floor of my prison cell March 9, 2007, I fell on my knees, “In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help.  From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him into his ears.” (Psalm 18:6).

“Now I know that the Lord saves his ANOINTED: He answers him from his holy heaven with the saving power of his right hand.” (Psalm 20:6)

That night in Prison, I CHOKED OUT my old way of life and became and ANOINTED FIGHTER FOR CHRIST!!

Jesus Christ is the Ultimate Anointed Fighter.  The Anointed Fighter says in the scriptures, “As he is, so are we in this world.” (1 John 4:17)

I am powerless myself, but Christ within me transforms me into a powerful Anointed Fighter for Christ.

I PRAY YOU JOIN ME AS AN

ANOINTED FIGHTER FOR CHRIST

 AND BECOME A MEMBER OF

 TEAM SALVATION.

LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER IN THE ART OF CHRIST-JIT-SU

 AND

TAKE THE FIGHT TO THE EVIL ONE AND

"FIGHT-THE-GOOD-FIGHT-OF-THE-FAITH"

(1 Timothy 6:12)
